Garden from the Heart

Here's today's sample. I didn't think I liked this stamp set. As always once I start seeing great samples, I realize I was wrong. This set is Garden from the Heart (I think.)

Creepy Monkey

I found these on another blog, I think the gal's name is Brandi. This made me laugh and reminded me of my friends Angie and Becky. To say they are NOT Monkey fans is putting it mildly...they started the IHSM club at convention a couple years ago. (I Hate Sock Monkey)

March Downline Swap

I nearly forgot to share this month's Downline Swap. What it that you ask? Each month the Stampin' duo has a swap with those demonstrators in their downline. No particular theme just have to use items that are current. This card was in celebration of St. Patrick's Day. I used Old Olive DSP, the Heart punch and the new Heart Sizzlet for the layer behind the heart. If anyone is interested how I got that Old Olive 'ribbon' when I did not have any Old Olive ribbon, let me know...you might just win a prize!

Happy Spring!

BUTTONS! Who doesn't love a cute button? This card really is a simple one to throw together, you could make a lot of these cards in a short amount of time.
Here is the recipe for this card:
Perfect Plum - 3 x 6 scored at 3
Pale Plum - 2 3/4 x 2 3/4
So Saffron - 2 1/2 x 2 1/2
Whisper White - 2 1/8 x 2 1/8
Trendy Trees Stamps and Certainly Celery Ink
Buttons
Glue Dots
So Saffron Striped Ribbon
Hello Again Stamp Set and Perfect Plum Ink

Comments: Summer Mini

I was just over cruising the Demo SCS gallery. I have just one tiny question...how can there be samples (albeit) not many, but how can there be any samples yet? Demonstrators cannot place PreOrders yet. Have I missed a deadline somewhere along the way?

Just want to thank my wonderful sister for coming over to help me 'shovel' out my home office this evening. Well shovel might be a tad harsh, by the time she came over, I was struggling with too many wires connecting this and that to the computer and USB hub. What a mess! I've got an IT guy coming tomorrow...charges by the hour. At least NOW, he'll be able to find my desk!

Have a great evening...happy stamping!

Candle Holder

This was made made from aluminum flashing for roofing and the Big Shot! We've got to try this.
