Penny created this little jewel. She said this was her very first attempt at creating anything vintage...I don't know for a first effort, it sure is on the mark! She left the center panel blank so we could fill in the language ourselves. I have several birthdays this month so I'll simply stamp a Happy Birthday on it and viola' I am good to go.
